desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CAMILLE ALLEC, JR., and
LENA MAY A LLEC. his wife, as owners, and GRESCHNER INVESTMENT
COR_PQRATION a California Corporation as Lessee,
to sell to t City of Anaheim the fo described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility Purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter
of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land described
in the Easement Deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded
July 9, 1963 in Book 6623, page 826 of Official Records,
said point being distant thereon South 89° 56t 43" West
60 feet and North 0 11t 40" West 123.00 feet from the
Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. )j)108, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 1 59, page 38 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, and running
thence North 0° 11t 40" West 260.56 feet along the
Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line as described
in the said easement deed to the City of Anaheim; thence
North 89 5 43" East 60.00 feet parallel to the Northerly
line of said Easement Deed; thence South 0 111 40" West
260.56 feet to the Northeast corner of the land described
in said Easement Deed; thence South 89 56 43" West
60.00 feet along the North line of said Easement Deed
to the point of beginning.
It is the intention herewith that the entire west line of
the above described parcel shall be coincident with .a
portion of the East line of the property described as parcel
1 in that certain Grant Deed from Loren E. Wagner and
Margie G. Wagner to Plax Corporation recorded May 18., 19)59
in Book 1716 page 482 Official Records of Orange County,
California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
