A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PACIFIC SOUTHWEST REALTY
COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State
of Delaware
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for rnad and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Anaheim Road)
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly 155 feet of the Westerly 165 feet of
Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
(For the purpose of this description, the South
line of said Lot 2 is assumed to be the center
line of Anaheim Road.)

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day o September 19 63
