A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FORREST HOLIDAY and
ELSIE HOLIDAY, husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the follow
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
State of California, to be used for an easement for
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 60.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Brookhurst Street)
of that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 19, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Southeast
quarter North 0 21' 30" West 478.59 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter; thence South 89 38' 30" West
40.00 feet; thence South 81° 14' 05" West 256.76 feet
to the Southeast corner of Lot 24 of Tract No. 2319,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 69, pages 43 and
44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; thence North 0 21' 30" West, 136.50 feet
along the East line of Lots 22 to 24 inclusive, of
said Tract No. 2319; thence North 89 26' 22" East
294.00 feet to the East line of said Southeast
quarter; thence South 0 21' 30" East, 100.00 feet to
the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
