A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROGER W. PANNIER and
BARBARA PANNIER, husband and wife, and HELEN M. PANNIER, a widow,
to sell to the i� ty of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 25, Anaheim In-
vestment Company's Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 7, page 33, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a line parallel with, and
distant south 50 feet, from the center line of Ball
Road, adjoining said lot on the North, said point
being distant east 64.86 feet from the intersection
of said parallel line with the center line of Euclid
Street, adjoining said lot on the West, said point
also being the beginning of a curve, tangent to said
parallel line, concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence southwesterly along said
curve, through a central angle of 89 27' 26", an arc
distance of 23.42 feet to a point on a line parallel
with, and distant east 50 feet from said center line
of Euclid Street; thence North along said last
mentioned parallel line 14.86 feet; thence east,
parallel with said Ball Road center line, 14.86 feet
to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th d of February 19 63
