A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -1046 GRANT-
ING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 314.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
December 4, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R -1046 granting Con-
ditional Use Permit No. 314 permitting the construction of a
multiple family planned unit development on certain parcels of
real property described in said resolution, subject to certain
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that through inadvertence
or oversight only a portion of the property for which a permit
was requested and for which it was intended that said Conditional
Use Permit be granted was described in said resolution, and that
Resolution No. 62R -1046 should, therefore, be amended by correct-
ing the description of the real property contained therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -1046, adopted December
4, 1962, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 314, be, and the same
is hereby amended by correcting the description of the real pro-
perty described therein to read as follows:
Parcel 1.
The West 3 acres of the East half of the South half of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Sec-
tion 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page
7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 303.00 feet.
Parcel 2.
The East 3 acres of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 7 of Miscella-
neous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 303.00 feet.
Parcel 3.
The North 235.52 feet of that portion of the South half
of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Sec-
tion 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, lying Westerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Section 13,
said point being located 464.20 feet Easterly of the South-
west corner of said Section 13; thence North 660.18 feet
along a line parallel to the West line of said Section 13,
to a point in the North line of the South half of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13.

Parcel 4.
The South 176.91 feet of the Northwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S. B. B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 399.00 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 62R -1046 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
