A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit, An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
partnership
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the C ti y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of KNOTT VILLAGE, a limited
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Easterly 53.00 (as measured at right angles
from the center line of Knott Avenue) of the
Northerly 264.00 feet of the Southeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of February 1963
