A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ham_ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARIAM LITTLETON, a single

sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 45.00 feet, as measured
at right angles to the center line of Harbor Boulevard,
of that portion of Lot Five (5) of the Miles Rancho, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Five (5)
of the Miles Rancho; thence South along the East line
of said lot, 370 feet, more or less, to a point in said
Easterly line distant 728.4 feet Northerly from the
Southeast corner of said lot; thence Southwesterly in
a straight line 1380.7 feet to a point in the West line
of said lot, which is 360.73 feet North of the Southwest
corner of said lot; thence North along said West line
417.33 feet to the Northwest corner of said lot; thence
Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said lot to
the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the State
of California.
For the purpose of this description the West line of said
Lot 5 is assumed to be the center line of Harbor Boule-
vard.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
