A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wits An easement for road and public u ility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to seJ
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of P L MANUFACTURING CO. INC.
to sell to t e City o 'na elm the o. :.owing descri bed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
an more par icu arly describe as of Lows,
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 12 feet of that parcel
of land described as follows: A portion of the SW4 of
the SEA of Section 3, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base Meridian.
Beginning at a point on the North line of East La Palma
Avenue, which point is 30 feet North of the monumented
center line of East La Palma Avenue and 596.87 feet
Easterly, measured along said North line from the
monumented center line of North Olive Street; thence
Easterly along said North line of East La Palma Avenue,
a distance of 189.92 feet to a point which is 30 feet
West of the East City Limit line, as the same existed
on December 10, 1946; thence Northwesterly along a line
parallel with the said East City Limit line 240.00 feet;
thence Westerly along a line parallel with the North
line of East La Palma Avenue, a distance of 189.22 feet;
thence Southerly along a line parallel with the monumented
center line of said North Olive Street 240.00 feet to the
point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
