A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM`: ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR 3UBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se,
and convey the same to the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real. property°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of __LBENSHAW, BUILDING CO$ RAT,1a and

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility _puposes
an more particu arly describes as :ollows;

across the Easterly 10.00 feet of the Westerly 373.00
feet of the Southerly 809.50 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Fractional Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
he, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
