A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN VARIANCES, CONDITIONAL
USE PERMITS AND SPECIAL USE PERMITS, AS MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on
December 27, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 587 Series 1962 -63
recommending to the City Council the termination of certain
petitions for variances, conditional use permits and special
use permits in accordance with Sections 18.64.040 and
18.68.040 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, after having reviewed
said petitions and the proceedings in connection therewith,
said variances, conditional use permits and special use permits
being more particularly described as:

AND WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after care-
ful consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission and after reviewing the proceedings in connection
with said variances, conditional use permits and special use
permits, that the conditions upon which said variances, condi-
tional use permits and special use permits were granted, as
set forth in the respective resolutions granting the same, were
not complied with within the time limit specified, nor within
a reasonable time thereafter, and that all of said petitions
and proceedings, with the exception of Special Use Permit No.
73, should be terminated as recommended by the City Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Variances Nos. 877, 977, 1002, 1083, 1084, 1085, 1086, 1177,
1231 and 1383, Conditional Use Permits Nos. 4 -59 and 238, and
Special Use Permits Nos. 16, 20 and 74 be, and the same are
hereby terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of January, 1963.
