A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -751,
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 267.

WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on August 14, 1962 adopt Resolution No. 62R -751 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 267, permitting the construction
and operation of a semi- private clubhouse and swimming pool
on the following described property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lot No. 12 of Tract No. 4612, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 163, Pages 3
and 4 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the southerly 10 feet.
AND WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of Resolution No. 62R -751
reads as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans
marked 'Exhibits 1 and 2 on file with
the City of Anaheim, EXCEPT that a 6 -foot
masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north, west and east boundaries of
subject property, and a chain link fence
along the south boundary of said property."
AND WHEREAS, upon reviewing the plans for said semi-
private clubhouse and swimming pool the City Council finds that
a 6 -foot concrete block wall should be constructed along all
boundaries of subject property, and that Condition No. 1 of
said resolution should, therefore, be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -751, adopted
August 14, 1962, granting Conditional Use Permit No. 267 be,
and the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 1
thereof to read as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans
marked 'Exhibits 1 and 2' on file with
the City of Anaheim, EXCEPT that said
property shall be enclosed with a 6 -foot
concrete block wall, which wall shall be set
back two feet from the property line along
Torry Place and Turin Avenue. That the 2 -foot
area between said block wall and the property
line along Torry Place and Turin Avenue
shall be landscaped, and that said land
scaping shall be subject to the approval of
the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 62R -751 be, and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 15th day of January, 1963.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 15th day
of January, 1963.
