A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit, Easements for

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered to sel
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DONNOVAN GLENN ROW and VFRNA
ALVINA ROWE. husband and wife.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
to be used for easements for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across those parcels of land
described as follows:
The Easterly seven (7) feet of the Southerly
320 feet of Lot One of Block A of Tract No. 13,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 9, page 12
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, except therefrom the Southerly 65.20
feet thereof.
PARCEL #2: An easement for public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land, de-
scribed as follows:
The Southerly five feet of the Southerly 350 feet
of the Easterly 200 feet of Lot One, Block A,
of Tract No. 13, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 9, page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of January 196 3
