A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, heretofore, by its Resolution No. 62R -1067
the City of Anaheim authorized the compromise of certain eminent
domain litigation, to wit: "City of Anaheim vs. James Goodman,
et al.," Superior Court Case No. 108677; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the settlement thereof,
the City of Anaheim is in possession of a Grant Deed conveying
Lot 46 of Tract No. 1591 to the City of Anaheim and is to be
furnished a Full Reconveyance of said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following des-
cribed real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
Lot 46 of Tract 1591, as per map recorded
in Book 54, Pages 36 to 39 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County,
to the City of Anaheim, be and the same is hereby accepted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 2nd day of January, 1963.
