RESOLUTION NO. 62R -1070
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO CARL F. BURNETT TO MOVE A
DWELLING FROM STANTON HOUSE MOVERS YARD,
BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA, TO 705 WEST
LA VERNE STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, CARL F. BURNETT having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from Stanton House Movers Yard, Buena Park, California, to
705 West La Verne Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 30th day of October, 1962, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
did continue said hearing and defer action on said application
to a later date; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find upon further
consideration of said matter that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said CARL F. BURNETT
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling from Stanton House
Movers Yard, Buena Park, California, to 705 West La Verne Street,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject
to compliance with all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter
15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of
buildings from a point outside of the City of Anaheim to a
point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 18th day of December, 1962.
