A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING FINAL SETTLEMENT OF
PENDING EMINENT DOMAIN LITIGATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Southern Calif-
ornia Edison Company, in connection with Eminent Domain pro-
ceedings (Orange County Superior Court, Case No. 10352), did
enter into an agreement dated April 24, 1962, establishing the
procedures for adjusting values between them from the date of
inventory in condemnation, ecember 15, 1961, to the date of
the cut -over, June 6, 1962; and
WHEREAS, the total additions during said period
amount to $23,151.83, the total removals and other credits
amount to $5,160.65, and the total net due to said Southern
California Edison Company amounts to $17,991.18; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said $17,991.18
represents the amount due to said Southern California Edison
Company under the agreement of April 24, 1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Utilities Director be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to issue and forward to the
Southern California Edison Company his purchase order in the
amount of $17,991.18 in compliance with the terms and conditions
of the aforementioned agreement of April 24, 1962.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
