of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road and .ublic utilit •ur
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the Ci y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CHIP CHASIN and NORMA LEE CHASIN
husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Haster Street)
of that parcel of land described as follows:
The South half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, pages 7
et seq.,of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 10 feet of the Westerly
20 feet of the Easterly 55 feet of the Southeast quarter
of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General ,Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar (1.00),
