A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for road d_

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of THEODORE J. PIETRnK and TnaT
H. PIETROK husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Ora State of California,
to be used for an easement for r .d

and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that parcel of land de-
scribed as follows:
The Easterly 30.00 feet (as measured at right angles to
the center line of Lemon Street) of the Southerly 60.00
feet of the Northerly 180 feet of Lot 27 of Anaheim Ex-
tension as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel
and filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los An-
geles County, California, a copy of which is shown on a
Map filed in Book 3, page 163 et seq, entitled Los Angeles
County Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly five (5) feet of the Easterly
207.8L feet of the Northerly 180 feet of said Lot 27, and
the Southerly five (5) feet of the Northerly 180 feet of
the Easterly 207.84 feet of said Lot 27 described above.
The Easterly two feet of the Westerly five feet and the
Northerly two feet of the Southerly five feet described
above will be used for electric power line and overhang
purposes.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
