A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AT 400 EAST VERMONT STREET,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
(Surplus tanks, piping, catwalks, and pumps)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of demoli-
tion and removal of surplus tanks, piping, catwalks and
pumps from City's property at 400 East Vermont Street; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Steel, Inc., wishes to be
employed for said work; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between
the City of Anaheim and Orange County Steel, Inc., the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
