A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERIJIS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN INDUSTRIAL TRACK AGREEMENT (Southern
Pacific Transportation Company)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has purchased certain
real property, located at 400 East Vermont Avenue from
Nalco Chemical Company; and
WHEREAS, said property is served by certain
industrial track facilities ( "Facilities "); and
and
WHEREAS, City desires to continue use of Facilities;
brf an agreement, entitled "Industrial Track
Agreement," has been prepared concerning the maintenance
and operation of Facilities; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve the terms
and conditions of Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
