A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-. OF ADDENDUM A TO:THE AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE
COUNTY PRO SOCCER,SAID AGREEMENT APPROVED
BY RESOLUTION No. 78R -204, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID ADDENDUM A.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has :pursuant to
Resolution No. 78R -204 approved the terms and conditions
of an Agreement dated April 5, 1978, with Orange County
Pro Soccer; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to clarify certain phrases
in said Agreement for the benefit of both City and Orange
County Pro Soccer; and
WHEREAS, an Addendum A has been prepared which
clarifies said phrases and is acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of an Addendum A to that certain Agreement with
Orange County Pro Soccer dated April 5, 1978, be and the same
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Addendum A on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of April,
