A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
.. OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITI0NS
OF A PERMIT AGREEMENT WITH PINATA FOODS, INC.,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Pinata Foods, Inc., is in need of addition-
al parking spaces for the parking of employee vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has parking spaces at
the Anaheim Stadium available for use; and
WHEREAS, a Permit Agreement has been prepared to
permit the use of the Anaheim Stadium as additional parking
for Pinata Foods, Inc., for a period of one (1) year, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
Permit Agreement permitting Pinata Foods, Inc., to use park-
ing space at Anaheim Stadium for a period of one (1) year be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Permit Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of
April 1978. _..�
