A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIP4 FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF ZONE SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN AREA OF THE CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceedings
No.7_78_38 to consider an amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim cipal Code relating to zoning, and to consider a
change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter men-
tioned and described and, at said hearing, did receive evidence
and reports. from persons interested therein and from its staff;
and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
said hearing, the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing and a~pro~ vEd the proposed amendment;
and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and did consider the
same; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the 1Vorthwesterly corner of Block 3
of a replat of the Orchard Park Tract, as shown
on a P~Iap recorded in Book 7, page G of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said
Block, 249.75 feet; thence Southerly parallel to
the Westerly line of said Block 8, 229.5 feet;
t:nence Westerly parallel with the ~3ortherly line
of said Blocl:, 249.75 feet to the Westerly line
of said Bloch; thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of said Block 8, 229.5 feet to tree place. of
beginning.

Excepting therefrom. the I~Iortherly 30 feet of said
land as conveyed to the City of Anazeira, a Munici-
pal corporation, for road and incidental purposes,
by an instrument dated October 11, 1912 and re-
corded December 9, 1912 in Boots 224, page 110 of
Deeds,
remain in "P,S-?200" RESILEIdTIAL, SIiTGLE-FADIILY ZO't1E in which it
is now incorporated, and that the reclassification to "CO" CO~'I-
MERCIAL, OFFICE Ai~1D PROFESSTOI~IL%~, ZONE be denied and that the
action of the City Planning Commission in its Resolution ~o.
PC78-25 be reversed.
