A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AiND CONDTTIUNS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ORt~NGE COUNTY PRO SOCCER
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLEP~K TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, .the City of Anaheim has caused to be built and
operates a first-class sports stadium in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Exhibition Agreement"
(hereinafter "Agreement") has been prepared whereby Orange County
Pro Soccer will exhibit its soccer games in said stadium; and
WI3EREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOIidG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of April r
1978.
