TINE PREPARATIOd OF ENVIRONn~TENTAL IMPACT REPORTS
PURSUAIJT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY ACT.
'r1I-IEREAS, Section 21082 of the Public Resources
Code requires all public agencies to adopt objectives,
criteria and procedures for the evaluation of projects and
the preparation of environmental impact reports and
negative declarations pursuant to the California Environ-
mental duality Act; and
ir1HEREAS, the City of Anaheim adopted Resolution
~To. 73R-137 on April 10, 1973, establishing such objectives,
criteria and procedures by local guidelines; and
j~,'HEREAS, said guidelines were subsequently amended
by the City Council by Resolutions 1~To. 7~+R-1+8, 75R-46, and
70R-1; and
T~-IEREAS, the City Planning Department has prepared
additional amendments to said guidelines which have been
approved by the City Attorney's Office and other City depart-
ments affected thereby.
~dOtid, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the amended Guidelines for
Environmental Impact Reports this day submitted and on file
in the Office of the City Clerk be, and the same are hereby,
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIO1 is approved and adopted by
