A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
~~ OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL
BANK PERTAINING TO THE LEASE OF GERTAIN EQUIP-
MENT ARID AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO .EXECUTE SAID. AGREEMENT,
(Computer Peripheral Equipment)
WHEREAS, the City is engaged in providing data
processing. services for various City of Anaheim departments
and other governmental entities in the area; and
WHEREAS, in order to perform said data processing
services, it is necessary to procure adequate equipment to
perform this function; and
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank has offered
to lease said equipment to the City; and
WHEREAS, the term and conditions of an agreement
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement submitted herewith between-the City of Anaheim and
Security Pacific National Bank pertaining to the lease of cer-
tain computer peripheral equipment be, and the same, are hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed t~ execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
