A RESOLUTION OF THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 78R-169
INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF EUCLID STREET STREET IMPROVEMENTS, BALL
ROAD TO CERRITOS AVENUE, IN THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM,
ACCOUNT N0. 13-4309-7~+5-1b-0000.
WHEREAS,.®n March 14, 1878, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution No. 78R-1~9 finding
and determining the public convenience .and necessity to
proceed with construction of certain street improvements on
Euclid Street, Ball Road to Cerritos Avenue, in the City of
Anaheim, and inviting sealed proposals from bidders for
the construction of-said work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds. that it is in
the public interest, .convenience, and welfare not to proceed
with the hereinabove specified work at .this time and in its
current form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R-169 be, .and
the same is hereby, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that any and all bid proposals
heretofore or hereinafter submitted to the City Clerk pursuant
to said Resolution No. 78R-16g shall be returned to the
bidders unopened together with a copy of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
