A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 77R-809
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
PROGRAM MANAGERS AND CREATING THE JOB CLASS
OF REAL ESTATE DISPOSITION MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report.
dated March 16, 1978 that the following class be created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R-809 which established rates of compensation for Program Managers, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creation of this job class is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job class be created and allocated to the respec-
tive Salary Schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

Real Estate Disposition Manager X1404 A - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R-809 shall remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective
March 31, 1978.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the C~_ty Council
