A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR
REVENUE SHARING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL FACILITY, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, .the County of Orange has agreed to share
a portion of its- general revenue funds with various cities;
and
WHEREAS, .the City of Anaheim desires to construct
a swimming pool facility and landscaping in Pearson Park; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the County will pay a portion of the cost of said construc-
t ion; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE. FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anahiem this 28th day of
