A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE.
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
REVENUE SHARING FOR DEMO:
SWIMMING POOL.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR
GITION OF PEARSON PARK
WHEREAS, .the County of Orange has agreed to share
a portion of its general revenue .funds with various cities;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to demolish
the existing Pearson Park Swimming Pool and restore. the area
to recreational uses; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby
the County will pay a portion of the cost of said demolition;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City: of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement-are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and. City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of
