A RESOLUTIOT3 OF Ti3E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA`tiEIP1 AGREEING TO SELL CERTAIN CITY-
" OLVNED PROPERTY.
(Cerritos Avenue Well Site}
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title
of certain property generally located south of Cerritas Avenue
and east of Euclid Street as shown on a map attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as though set forth in full;
and
WHEREAS, City has no present or prospective use for the
property; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell
said property to the adjoining land owners; and
WHEREAS, the City has received requests from the follow-
ing land owners to purchase the following parcels of land for the
following sums of money:
Parcel No. 1: (1000 sq. ft.) to Augustine Nieto for $200.00
Parcel No. 2: (900 sq. ft.) to Stephen Bristol for $200.00
Parcel No. 3: (900 sq. ft.) to Donald Fitzgerald for $200.00
Parcel No. 4: (1016 sq. ft.) to Donald Fitzgerald far $560.00
Parcel No. 5: (1016 sq. ft.) to William Judd for $560.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby accept the offers to pur-
chase the properties described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference from the following individuals
for the following sums of money:
Parcel Tdo. l: (1000 sq. ft. ) to Augustine Nieto for $200.00
Parcel iJo. 2: (900 sq. ft.) to Stephen Bristol for $200.00
Parcel No. 3: (900 sq. ft.} to Donald Fitzgerald for $200.00
Parcel No. 4: (1016 sq. ft.) to Donald Fitzgerald for $560.00
Parcel No. 5: (1016 sq. ft.) to William Judd for $560.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the T~ayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute deeds to the above de-
scribed property to the above named individuals on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, .and he
is hereby, authorized to execute such documents as may be required
to complete the sale.
