A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be estab-
lished by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by resolution heretofore
established various fees in the Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to revise
and update said fees at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the
Public Works Department shall be as follows:
1. FILING FEES
a. Final Tract Map $ 35.00
b. Tentative Parcel Map $170.00
c. Record of Survey. $ .15.00
d. Reversion to Acreage $ 85.00
e. Certificate of Compliance $ 35.00.
f. Lot Line Adjustment Plat $ 50.00
2. SERVICE FEES
a. Checking Fee $ 17.00/Hr.
b. Inspection Fee $ 17.00/Hr.
c. Tract Checking and Inspection
Deposit $ 85.00/Lot
d. Parcel Map Checking Deposit $170.00/Flap
e. Special Projects Checking and
Inspection Deposit $ 2.00/F.F.
f. Flat Land Grading Plan Checking
and Inspection Deposit $150.00/Plan

g. Hillside Grading Plan Checking
and Inspection Deposit
0-1000 CY $200.00/Plan
1001-100,000 CY $425.00/Plan
Over 100,000 CY $750.00/Plan
Plus $35.00 each additional

(2) Trip Permit $ 10..00/Each
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall su-
persede and rescind all other resolutions whensoever passed and
approved by the City Council concerning the collection of fees
in the Public Works Department of the City of Anaheim.
