A RESOLUTION OF THE .CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WLTH THE
CALIFORNIA DENTAL SERVICE FOR DENTAL BENEFITS
TO CITY EMPLOYEES FOR A THREE YEAR PERIOD AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has had an agreement
with California Dental Service for a dental program; and
WHEREAS, said agreement expired in January, 1978,
and
WHEREAS, California Dental Service is continuing
to furnish dental care without a written agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared the terms
and. conditions whereof are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that .that certain agreement. dated
January 1, 1978, between. the California Dental Service and
the City of Anaheim providing a dental care program for three
years be, and the same is, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim,
