A RESOLUTIOi~T OF THE CITY COUiQCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND COiJDITIOiJS
,.,~, OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND ULTRASYSTEMS, INC . , AND AUrl'iIORIZING THE
MAYOR AidD CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEP'fENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain
technical services for a study to identify residentially
potential available land within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said needs are of a type and complexity
requiring services of a temporary and technical character;
and
WHEREAS, ULTRASYSTEMS,. INC., has the qualifications
and experience to perform said services for the City; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Ultrasystems, Inc.,
for technical services more particularly described in said
agreement be, and the same are hereby., approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that .the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
