A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE. TERMS AND CONDITLONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND SHELTERTOP, INC., AND. AUTHORIZING
THE. MAYOR AND. CITY. CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the fee owner of,
or has heretofore acquired an easement for public street
purposes over, certain real property within the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Sheltertop, Inc., desires to construct
and maintain a bus shelter with. commercial advertising
thereon to be located upon the aforesaid property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires. to permit the
construction and maintenance of a bus shelter. on a temporary
basis to determine the feasability and practicability of
licensing such bus shelters on a long term basis; and
WHEREAS, a license :agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which. are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that. .the .terms and conditions. of a
license agreement between .the City of Anaheim and Sheltertop,
Inc., to install and maintain a bus shelter on property more
particularly described in said agreement be, and the same
is hereby., approved.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that. the Mayor and City
Clerk be, .and they are hereby, .authorized and directed to
execute .said license agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE. FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the .City. of Anaheim this 7th day of
