A RESOLUTION OF TrIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF A11TA'riEINI APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIOId5
OF Aid AGREEP~ENT BETtidEEN THE CITY OF AIdAHEII~I
AND BUSTOP SHELTERS OF CALIFORNIA, INC., A'~TD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AT`1D CITY CLERY. TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEi~IET~iT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the fee owner of, or
has heretofore acquired an easement for public street purposes
over, certain real property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Bustop Shelters of California, Inc. desires
to construct and maintain a bus shelter with. commercial adver-
tising thereon to be located upon the aforesaid property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to permit the
construction and maintenance of a bus shelter on a temporary
basis to determine the feasibility and practicability of licens-
ing such bus shelters on a long term basis; and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Bustop Shelters of
California, ,Inc., on property more particularly described in
said license agreement be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, .and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
license agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of March ,
