A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND COTQDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT tirTITI-i DAN L .
ROWLAND AND ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim entered into an agreement
dated August 9, 1977, with Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Incor-
porated, and Le Roy Rose and Associates as a Joint Venture for
architectural services in connection with the study, analysis,
and design of a proposed Civic Center Complex; and
WHEREAS, it was subsequently determined by an agreement
dated February 24, 1978, by and between Dan L. Rowland and Associ-
ates, Incorporated, and Le Roy Rose and Associates that it would
be in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to have the Civic
Center Project proceed with the office of Dan L. Rowland and
Associates, Incorporated, only; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is desirable
and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to amend said
agreement of August 9, 1977, to reflect the parties to be the
City of Anaheim and Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Incorporated;
and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are .hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of February ,
