A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUP~;CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERe35 AL1D CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SMITH-EMERY COMPANY A'~TD
AUTHORIZIirTG THE MAYOR Al`7D CITY CLERK TO EKE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of structural
inspection and testing services in connection with the construc-
tion of anew Civic Center Coraplex; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Agreement for Engineer-
ing Services" thereinafter "Agreement") has been prepared whereby
Smith-Emery Company will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are ac-
ceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agreement are hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOIT~G RESOLUTIOI~1 is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of February ,
1978.
