A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 77R-703 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL CITY
EMPLOYEES UNIT, AND CREATING THE JOB CLASSES OF LIBRARIAN I,
LIBRARIAN II, LIBRARIAN III, AND LIBRARY GRAPHIC ARTIST.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated February 22, 1978 that the job classes of Librarian I, Librarian II,
Librarian III and Library Graphic Artist be created and allocated to the
respective salary schedule, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R-703 which established rates of compensation for job classes repre-
sented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creation of these job classes is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
Rortinn 1.
That effective February 17, 1978 through October 12, 1978, the job classes
designated below be allocated to the following salary schedules in the Salary
Schedule Master

Librarian III X 877 J - E
Library Graphic Artist 694 J - E
Section 2.
That effective October 13, 1978 through October 11, 1979, the job classes desig-

Schedule Master.

That effective October 12, 1979, the job classes designated below be allocated

Library Graphic Artist 780 J - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R-703 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
