A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAiiEIi`•'I APPROVIi~G THE TERI~IS ATQD COiVDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACiiMENT PERMIT AND AUTIiORIZIDTG THE
PdAYOR AND CITY CLERK: TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACI~-
MENT PERtUIIT WITH DART IIV'DUSTRIES, INC.

WHEREAS, Dart Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
hereinafter referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in
the City of Anaheim over which the City owns a public right of way;
and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion of
said easement for the purpose of connecting a private on-site. drain-
age facility to existing City storm drain; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach upon the
easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will be caused
to it; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installation
across a portion of the easement of City will not interfere with
the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Dart Industries, Inc.,
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st day of Februaryp`,
