A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
""~"' ROCK BRADFORD TO MOVE TWO GARAGES TO 919 WEST
LINCOLN AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA,
WHEREAS, Rock Bradford, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move-two stucco garages
from their present locations in the Cities of Garden Grove and
La Habra to 919 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the list day of February, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing within
a radius. of three hundred feet from the property upon which it
is proposed to move-said garages, at least ten days prior to the
date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
on the last available-tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application, pursuant to Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code, for a house moving permit, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that.. the application of Rock Bradford to
move two stucco garages from their present locations in the
Cities of Garden Grove and La Habra to 919 West Lincoln Avenue,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, denied.
