FOOD SERVICE, INC. OF CALIFORR?IA RELATING TO
TI:E FOOD SERVICE CO?]'CESSION AT THE F~3AEiEIR1
STADIUP~?.
WHEREAS, the City. of Anaheim and Szabo Food Service,
Inc., of California entered into an Agreement dated march 16,
1976, whereby Szabo .Food Service, Inc. of California provides
food, beverages and other articles for patrons of the Anaheim
Stadium; and
ti~FiEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to
amend said Agreement to provide that the term end on December 31,
1980, and to provide that a calendar year basis be used for ac-
counting purposes, pursuant to said Agreement; and
Vd1hEREAS, a Second Amendment to said Agreement of
±~arch 16, 1976, has this date been submitted to th.e City Council
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Ana:neim,
NO.a, `!'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Second Amendment to Agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Szabo Food Service, Inc. of
California, this subday submitted to the City Cr~uncil, be, and the
same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURT-~ER RESOLVED that the Ttayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Second Amend-
ment to Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
