A RESOLD^1 ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AT~lAHEIM APPROVING TIzE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH COURTESY PHONE ADVERTISING
CORPORATION FOR ADVERTISING DISPLAYS A"P ANAHEII~I
COi~1VENTION CENTER, AT~IAHEIM STADIUM AND Ai3AHEIM
HILLS GOLF COURSE, Ai~ID AUTHORIZING THE. DIRECTOR
OF TI-tE CONVENTION CENTER, STADIUM AND GOLF COURSE
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT Oi~t BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim wishes to have erected
and maintained certain advertising displays at the Anaheim
Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium and the Anaheim Hills Golf
Course; and
WHEREAS, Courtesy Phone AdvertisinF~ Corporation
desires to erect and maintain the aforesaid displays; and
adHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared between the
Courtesy Phone Advertising Corporation and the City of Anaheim
to provide said services, the terms and conditions of which
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of the
Convention Center, Stadium and Golf Course be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City Council of the City of Ar_aheim.

the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 21st da.y of
