A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND COPdDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH YOUNG FRANCIS HAbIMATT
AND LUCINDA D. HAMMATT TO PURCHASE CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1548 WEST ORANGEWOOD AVE-
NUE,. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLTY CLERK
TO AUTHORIZE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is engaged in a Public
Works A.H.F.P. Project No. 859 entitled the Orangewood Street
Improvement; and
WHEREAS, Young Francis Hammatt and Lucinda A. Hammatt
own certain property located at 1548 West Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to purchase the
house at said location; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with a Purchase and Sale of a
portion of said property has been prepared, the terms and condi-
tions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
with Young Francis Hammatt and Lucinda A. Hammatt for the purchase
and sale of certain pro~vrty located at 1548 West Orangewood Ave-
nue be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerh be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on be-
half of the City of Anaheim.
