A RESOLUTIOT? OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIP~7 REAFFIRT~ZIi~?G ITS APPROVAL OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1785.
WHEREAS, on January 17, 1978, the City Council of
the City of Anaheim did by Resolution No. 78R-45 grant
Conditional Use Permit No. 1785 subject to certain conditions
specified. therein; and
~~IiEREAS, thereafter within the time permitted by
applicable City Council policy, Mr. Keith D. Bird did file a
request for a rehearing on said permit application which
rehearing was conducted on February 11i, 1978; and
Z~iEREAS, at said rehearing, additional evidence,
both oral and documentary was received by the City Council;
and
Zn?FiEREAS, the City Council does find, after
consideration of all of the evidence offered at said rehear-
ing, that Conditional Use Permit No. 1785 should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R-45 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 1785 be, and the same is hereby,
reaffirmed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION) is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of
February , 1978.
