A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUDICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 78R-13
RELATING TO INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS FOR
TFiE RIVERDALE AVENUE SIDEWALK AI~TD LANDSCAPING
IMPROVEMENT, W/O FINCH STREET TO TUSTIN AVENUE,
PROJECT ACCOUNT NOS. 12-4309-706-16-0000 ATdD
12-4309-708-16-0000.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council that no bids were received up to the hour of 2:00
o'clock P.M. on the 2nd day of February, 1978, in connection with
the above-mentioned public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to re-advertise the opening of bids thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 78R-13, approved on the
3rd day of January, 1978, be, and the same is hereby, amended to
the following extent only:
1. That the Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals shall be
published on February 23rd and March 2nd, 1978.
2. That the opening of the bids shall be on March 16,
1978.
3. That the award of the contract will be made on
March 28, 1978.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 78R-13 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of February,
1978.
