WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution I~7o. 77R-791, the City
Council did approve tiie purchase and sale of certain surplus
property generally located at Orangewood and Rampart Street to
Sunset Construction, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, x~ursuant to said resolution, an escrow was
opened for said purchase and sale; and
WHEREAS, a need. exists to amend instructions of said
escrow;' and
WHEREAS, the teri~ns and conditions of said ari~endnzent
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RrrSOLV%D by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Amend-
ment to Escrow Instructions concerning the purchase and sale of
City-owned surplus property generally located at Orangewood and
Rampart be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the P~ayor and City Clem.
are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Escrow In-
structions on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIONS is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of February.,
1978.
