WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to construct
certain storm drain improvements in La Palma Avenue; and
ti~7i-iEREAS, it vaill be necessary for the City to enter in
and upon certain property belonging to the Orange County ~7ater
District to construct said irprovements; and
WHEREAS, ape tit has been prepared to allow the City
to enter the property of the Orange County Z~Iater District, the
times of which are satisfactory to tiie City; and
VdHEREAS, it is in the. best interest of the City of
Anaheim to approve said permit.
I~TOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE I'I RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of that certain
permit between the City and the Orange County t°~ater District to
enter certain of District's property for construction of the
La Palma Avenue storm drain be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 17ayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said permit on k~ehalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOP.EGOT~3G RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of February
