WFIEREAS, the City of Anaheim .is in need of a Cultural
Arts Needs Assessment Survey in order to determine the needs and
future direction of the arts in the Anaheim Community; and
WHEREAS, Edmund Carlson Associates, Inc., is able to
provide services. to accomplish said survey; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Edmund
Carlson Associates, Inc. will provide such services; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P.ESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of February ,
1978.
