A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
~~--- OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THERE
WERE NO BIDS RECEIVED ON THE CONVENTION CENTER
EAST PARKING LOT MODIFICATIONS, PROJECT
ACCOUNT N0. 38-4855-985-20-0893.
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of December, 1977, Resolution
No. 77R-.847 was adopted by the City Council finding and deter-
mining that public convenience and necessity required the
improvement and completion of the Convention Center East-
Parking Lot Modifications, Project Account No. 38-4855-985-20-0893;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 77R-$47 did set the 26th
day of January, 1978, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m., as the
date and hour for the opening of said bids; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City
Council that no bids were received on Project Account No.
38-4855-985-20-0893; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
that this work be readvertised at a later date; ana
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is in the best interests of the City that the work on
the Convention Center. East Parking Lot Modificai;ions be
readvertised.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the work on the Convention :'enter East
Parking Lot Modifications, Project Account No. 38-4855-985-20-0893,
be readvertised as recommended by the City Engineering Department
at a later date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of February
1978.
