A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING: PERMIT TO
TAYLOR BUS COMPANY TO MOVE A METAL STORAGE
BUILDING FROM FOSTER .ROAD AND MARQUARDT,
SANTA FE SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA TO 917 EAST
PAGIFICO AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA..
WHEREAS, Taylor Bus Company did. file a written
application .for a house moving permit to move a metal storage
building from Foster Road and Marquardt, Santa Fe Springs,
California to 917 East Pacifico Avenue, Anaheim, California;
and
WHEREAS, said application having. been set for public
hearing on the 7th day of February,. 197$, at the hour of 3:00
p.m,, and notice of the time and place fixed for said public
hearing having. been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said garage,,, at least ten. days
prior to the date fixed for-said .hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the. last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having .come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having .duly
considered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all etidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Taylor Bus
Company for a house moving permit to move a metal storage
building from Foster P,oacl and Marquardt, Santa Fe Springs,
California to 917 East Pacifico Avenue, Anaheim, California,
be and the same is hereby, granted subject to compliance with
all of the provisions of Title 15, Chapter. 15.32 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relating to the moving of buildings from a point
outside the City of Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th daay of February,
